When TimeTravel-Britain.com launched in 2005, it attracted around 27,000 visitors in its first six months. Today, it draws 30,000 to 50,000 visitors per month -- visitors from around the world who want to find out more about the best and most beautiful destinations in England.

Our Spring issue will feature the city of Winchester and nearby attractions. This is your ideal opportunity to let thousands of travelers know about your accommodation, attraction or service -- for about the cost of a good pub meal.

This issue will remain our "front page feature" for three months (March-May 2008). Your listings, however, will continue to remain accessible in perpetuity to visitors interested in visiting Winchester and Hampshire. Our destination articles come up at the top of Google search listings again and again -- which means that whenever a traveler searches for information on "Winchester," they're likely to end up on our pages.

Today's international travelers expect to be able to find out all the information they need to make travel reservations and accommodation bookings online. TimeTravel-Britain.com is the place to reach those travelers -- and help them reach you.

How It Works

Just like in a print magazine, advertisements are linked to a specific, relevant issue, and remain with that issue forever. Each destination issue remains our current "front page" issue for three months, but remains accessible through our subject indexes and to search engines forever. Hence, anyone who comes to TimeTravel-Britain to learn more about a particular destination will always be able to find your listings.

We offer three types of advertisements:

Side-column "button" ads - 120x120 pixels £20 for life Top-of-the-page rotating banner ads - 600x75 pixels £50 for life for one rotation (additional rotations £40) Site-wide rotating banner ads (at the very top of the site) - 776x96 pixels £100 per quarter The rotating banner at the top of the site appears throughout the TimeTravel-Britain.com site, not just with the "current issue." That means it will be viewed not only by visitors who come in through the "front page," but also by visitors who come to other sections of the site via an offsite link or search engine. Contact us if you'd like to purchase additional rotations for one three-month listing, or if you'd like a longer listing period.

All artwork must be supplied by the advertiser. However, if you need help designing an ad, just let us know and we'll be happy to give you a hand at no charge.

Deadlines

To be included in the Spring "Winchester" issue, we need the following items by the deadlines below:

1. Reserve your ad space by February 15. Side-column ads are posted in the order received, so we recommend that you sign up early if you want a "top" slot. We will reserve your space when you sign up.
   
   Signing up is simple: Just send us an e-mail with your name and address, and tell us which type of ad you wish to reserve!
   
   
2. Send your payment no later than February 20 to confirm your ad.
   
   
3. Send your ad artwork no later than February 25 to make sure it's available when the issue "goes live." Please e-mail it as an attachment to Moira Allen, Editor. Be sure to include the exact URL that you wish us to link to!

Making Payment

We prefer to receive payment by PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member to use this service; you simply need a credit card. We do not accept credit cards directly; through PayPal, your details are protected and we never see your credit card information. To sign up, please click the appropriate button below:
